The NHS Yorkshire and Humber innovation team is asking NHS staff to showcase any new projects or areas of work that are making an improved difference to cost and quality in their organisations.
This includes any innovation work happening within NHS organisations in Yorkshire and the Humber that is improving patient care, health services or work practices, or that is showing efficiency savings, such as saving money or making better use of staff time.
The case studies will be featured on the Innovation and Improvement web pages of the SHA website in support of the Department of Health’s innovation agenda to share good practice across regions and beyond encouraging the spread and adoption of innovative working.
To share your good practice please complete the template electronically and send it through to email@example.com Contact details of the project lead will also be included for NHS staff to contact if they are interested in finding out more about the project.
