Leading Large Scale Change through International Alliances Conference
Hilton Hotel Leeds – 2nd April 2012
Many NHS organisations from across the North of England have developed alliances with international partners to support them in transforming services at a local level.
Given the significant challenge of leading this large scale change in the NHS, NHS North of England hosted a Leading Large Scale Change through International Alliances conference enabling senior clinical and managerial leaders to learn from the application of a variety of international approaches to transforming health care.
In addition to plenary sessions led by Professor Stephen Singleton and Professor Helen Bevan, 25 interactive sessions provided participants with the opportunity to discuss the challenges and successes of applying their learning in leading large scale change.
All resources from the event, including photographs and presentations, can be located here
