From January 2010, the Board will meet formally on ten occasions throughout the year and meetings include both a public and private session. The private session ensures information of a confidential nature, within the terms of the exemptions permitted by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, can be discussed without compromising the proper and effective operation of the organisation.
