We support the development of cost-effective executive coaching support across the region through:
- Funded coach training
- Quality assurance process for executive coaches working beyond their own organisational boundaries
- Register of quality assured regional coaches (independent and NHS)
- Executive Coach supervision
- Master classes and learning events for the NHS Executive Coaching community.

Leadership Conference
The Organisation and Leadership Development team at NHS Yorkshire and the Humber held a Leadership Regional Conference on 26 November 2010, focussing on the central role of leaders and leadership development in rising to the quality and productivity challenges, on implementing innovations in healthcare and on working with partners across organisational boundaries to achieve this.
