WHAT WE DO
The Organisational and Leadership Development team at NHS Yorkshire and the Humber has been working closely with the Regional Leadership Council, key Chief Executive sponsors, a range of partner organisations and, in the last year, with the National Leadership Council, to focus on the development of talent management and leadership.

The Organisational and Leadership Development (OD) team at NHS Yorkshire and the Humber provides OD support to the SHA as an organisation, and supports regional OD provision in Yorkshire and the Humber. Please click on the link below to view the team:
