Planning a project
This page provides a step by step process to follow when planning a project.
Some of these templates can be sent to project partners for completion. As project lead, the decision to gather the data from the project partners, or to request them to complete the data and submit it to you using the templates, is your decision.
The main concern in the planning stage is to establish and record why the project is needed, what outcomes are expected, what will it cost and when, and who will complete it and deliver and report results?
The steps should be followed in sequence and all templates completed in full prior to final contract agreement and sign off.
